Chet Rhodes

Mr. Rhodes is Deputy Multimedia Editor, Breaking News for washingtonpost.com.  He oversees the editing of daily news video. Mr. Rhodes is leading a project that trains Washington Post print journalists in shooting video for washingtonpost.com. Rhodes has also designed and installed a television studio for the company as well as video editing facilities.
 
Before joining washingtonpost.com, Mr. Rhodes taught for 10 years as an instructor of Broadcast Journalism at the University of Maryland's College of Journalism.  He also worked as a radio news director in local radio and as an editor and chief engineer with the UPI radio network.
