Stephen P. Hills

President and General Manager, The Washington Post
Stephen Hills became president and general manager of The Washington Post in September 2002. Prior to that, in 2001, he was vice president of sales and marketing, overseeing the Circulation, Advertising and Marketing departments. Before that, he had been vice president of Advertising for seven years, with oversight of print and on-line advertising for The Washington Post and washingtonpost.com.
Hills graduated from Yale University in 1981 and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1987.
Hills and his wife, Joslyn, live in Chevy Chase, Maryland, with their two children.
